Frequently asked questions
Olympic barbell: 45 lb (20 kg). Women's Olympic: 33 lb (15 kg). EZ-curl: ~25 lb (11 kg). Pre-loaded smith bars vary.
US (lb): 45, 25, 10, 5, 2.5, sometimes 1.25. Metric: 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25 kg.
