Toolenza for Personal assistants
Built for life-logistics across time zones
A personal assistant's day is other people's logistics: schedule the 1-on-1 with London while the principal is in Tokyo; book a Tuesday-evening reservation that works for everyone; compute the drive from JFK to the venue with traffic; pick the gift; confirm the visa; arrange the car. Every job is in a different city and timezone.
Toolenza is built around the assumption that your daily working surface is three time zones, two currencies, and twelve open tabs of Google Maps. The tools collapse those into single-keystroke actions, with shareable URLs for everything the principal needs to confirm.

Frequently asked questions
For signed-in users (Pro), yes — your pinned cities sync. Free users have a per-device set saved in localStorage.
The checklist is a reference, not a legal document. Visa policies change frequently; always confirm with the destination country's consulate or a travel-document service before relying on it for a high-stakes trip. The tool exists to flag the questions you need to ask, not to be the source of truth.
Yes — the most recent rates are cached. If you're on a flight without wifi, the conversion uses the last-fetched rate (timestamp shown).
A scheduled daily-briefing email is on the roadmap. Today, the dashboard's daily-digest email (Pro opt-in) covers today's reminders + upcoming events, and you can forward it.
Not natively today. Use `lists` for a vendor reference list and `sticky-notes` for a contact card per vendor. A dedicated address book is on the roadmap.
